Online Driving Test

Try the online driving test published by Alberta Transportation.  There are 2 versions with different test questions so we recommend you try both practice tests #1 and #2.

If you have difficulty with the online driving test (the learner’s practice test) – we can help!  If you have had difficulty passing the Class 7 Knowledge Test at an Alberta Registry – we can really help!!  Register for our 15 hour classroom session and gain a solid understanding of what you need to know to pass your Class 7 Knowledge test.  You will find the classroom session much more useful than practicing with the online driving test versions.

Better Recall

You will find the classroom session particularly helpful if you have attempted your Class 7 Knowledge Test more than 2 times.  Many learners struggle with the Class 7 Knowledge test is because it is hard to remember concepts from the driver’s handbook when you haven’t had a chance to actually try out the concepts by driving.  But you can’t try driving until you get your Class 7 learner’s license!  So it is a catch 22 situation!

The online driving test gives you an idea of the types of questions they ask on the Class 7 Knowledge Test, but it doesn’t explain the ‘why’, so it is hard for students to remember.  Archer’s classroom session will explain the ‘why’ of all these topics and give you chance to ask lots of questions.  This helps students understand the material better as well as being able to remember it.  We have had students pass their Class 7 Knowledge Test on their first attempt after taking the classroom, even when they had tried over 5 times previously.

We have excellent classroom instruction following the Alberta Transportation prescribed curriculum.  There are many learning exercises designed to help you recall important driving information.  There are helpful on-screen animations and many practical videos, all to help new drivers or students that have-never-driven recall important topics like Rules of the Road.

If you later take the Full Course Insurance Reduction Certificate (IRC) training with us, you can apply your 15 hour classroom session fee to the IRC fee.
